Priding ourselves on our Friendly & Fast Service for over 30 years

Situated in the High Street, this unique 14th century building, with its ‘lovely fireplace’ has gone on to proudly serve many of its local residents and businesses and beyond.

In 2014 Sue and Paul retired and handed the reins over to Sue Morris who became the proud owner of the business. Sue along with Diane, the Copy Shoppes repro specialist, continued their working relationship together, having worked together for some 25 years, first meeting at Kentec Design and Print, Snodland, they both have a combined experience of 60 years in design, print and customers service.

The Copy Shoppe proudly celebrated its 30th year in 2019 and in that time has seen many changes of how print has evolved. Our experience has taught us that customers still very much want that personal touch, and want to speak to someone face to face for help and advise. We believe this is key to our customer service, and something the Copy Shoppe is very passionate about, and has spent many years building on this reputation.

We don’t work to any templates, all our design work is bespoke to our customers requirements, but at the same time we welcome customers that wish to supply their own artwork.

We offer all aspects of printing from a business card to booklets, roller banners to garment printing and much more…

We also offer a wide range of while u wait services at the shop, including B/W and colour copying, laminating and binding, and also large format plan printing and poster outputs up to A1 size.

About us
We look forward to welcoming you to discuss your requirements no matter how large or small...

Sue Morris

When I was at school I always had a passion for art and design, and when I left school at 17, I went on a 2 year college course, where I studied sign writing, screen printing, and graphic design.

This lead me to be lucky enough to go on to become a full time graphic design paste-up artist at Kentec Design and Print in Snodland, where I learnt my trade in all aspects of print from typesetting, layout, plate making and print finishing.

This is also where I met Diane, where we went on to work closely together for some 12 years.

In 2000, I was offered a great opportunity of a new job as a repro-specialist at the Copy Shoppe. This took my print career in a different direction, working directly with customers in the shop, designing all aspects of print, seeing it through from concept to the finished product.

In 2007, a job opportunity arose at the Copy Shoppe and Diane and I found ourselves working together once again, our working relationship and friendship proved to become the solid foundation along with owners Sue and Paul Harris, seeing the Copy Shoppe go from strength to strength.

In 2014 Sue and Paul decided to retire and I become the proud owner of the Copy Shoppe, years on my passion for art and design is as strong today as it was at 17, technology has seen many changes in that time, and I continue to be incredibly proud to be moving the Copy Shoppe forward and am excited to see what the future holds…

Hi my name is Diane and I have worked at the Copy Shoppe since 2007.

My working life began at County Hall Maidstone in 1977 working in a typing pool while taking evening classes for my RSA Typewriting exams. I began on a manual typewriter then progressed onto electric. I was lucky enough to be given basic knowledge on the new computers installed for typing which made life a lot easier.

I then left County Hall to have my family. When my children started school I wanted to return to work and was lucky enough to get a job for a local firm TN Printers in Snodland which later became Kentec Design and Print. It was in this job that I met Sue my current Boss. We worked together on various print and finishing projects at Kentec and always had a good working relationship.

Sue later left to pursue her career at The Copy Shoppe and when a position came up suitable for myself I was offered and took the post happily, knowing that it would suit both of us. When the owners of the Copy Shoppe retired, Sue was lucky enough to take on the business and kept me on to carry on working alongside her.

The Copy Shoppe is a successful business which still offers a personal friendly approach to its customers and I consider myself very lucky to work here.
